From Asia (Japan/Korea):- Economy (Sea/Land): €4.00 – €45.00. Best for bulk orders. Price depends on weight, quantity, and storage duration in Asian warehouses.
- Express (Air): €7.00 – €85.00. Fast delivery (7–14 days) via priority air freight.
- Standard: €3.00 – €25.00 (Road transport).
- Express: €9.00 – €50.00 (Air transport).
- Business/Bulk: Special mass-delivery solutions are available for businesses in Bulgaria.
RETURN POLICY & HYGIENE STANDARDS
Due to the nature of our products and international health & safety regulations, please note the following:
- Cosmetics: For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the original factory seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
- Eligibility: We only accept return requests within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and pristine condition.
- Electronics: Items shipped from our local Bulgarian warehouse can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns for products that have been tested, used, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
