We offer high-quality equipment that is shipped directly from our warehouse in Bulgaria. Since orders are usually sent locally, you are not required to pay any additional customs duties or import taxes — you only pay the price that you see when filling out the order.

  • Standard Delivery (Econt / Speedy): The shipping cost is calculated automatically in the shopping cart based on the weight and dimensions of the selected products.
  • Service areas: We carry out fast deliveries to any point in Bulgaria, as well as Romania and Greece.
  • Delivery time: Most orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Due to the specific nature of electronic devices, please pay attention to the following terms of return::

  • Right of return: We accept return requests within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with legal requirements.
  • State of the art: In order to be accepted for a refund, the product must be in original state, unpacked and unused. The original packaging (seals, protective film) must not be broken.
  • Exceptions: Do not refund amounts for products that have been tested, used, damaged by the customer after delivery or loss of components.
