1. Product provenance and business model

Our store specializes in providing high-quality equipment. All products are available and shipped directly from our warehouse in Bulgaria, which ensures fast processing and safe delivery to you.

2. Customs fees and taxes

Since all our products are transferred from the territory of Bulgaria, purchases with us were made as easy as possible:

  • No hidden costs: You are not required to pay any additional customs duties or import taxes upon receipt of the shipment.

3. Delivery and logistics

  • Courier services: Standard delivery of equipment is carried out with the help of courier companies Speedy or Ekont.

  • Service areas: We ship packages from our Bulgarian warehouse to addresses in Bulgaria, Romania and Greece.

  • Shipping cost: Стандартната доставка е безплатна само за поръчки на стойност над 100 евро. Въпреки това, за стоки с тегло от 10 кг и нагоре се начисляват допълнителни такси за обслужване на едрогабаритен товар, които се изчисляват индивидуално при завършване на поръчката.

  • Такса „Наложен платеж“: При избор на метод на плащане „наложен платеж“ (плащане на куриера при получаване), към общата стойност на поръчката се начислява допълнителна такса в размер на 5%.

4. Liability for delivery

Although we make sure that all orders are packed correctly and safely, the corresponding courier company is responsible for the condition of the cargo during transportation. We strongly recommend that you read the shipment before the courier upon receipt.

5. Return policy (14-day rule)

  • Term: You can request a refund within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition: The product must be returned to its original condition, unpacked and unused. Due to the specific nature of electronic devices, we cannot accept a refund if the original packaging (seals, foils) is broken.

6. Methods of recovering amounts and fees

  • Direct Bank Transfer: 100% refund of the product price.

  • Payment by bank card: Refund of the product price, net of data processing fees to third parties (payment system fees are not refundable).

7. Confidentiality of data and consent

Upon completion of the order, you automatically agree to the storage and processing of your personal data-in our secure database. They are used exclusively for order fulfillment, delivery logistics, and accounting purposes.
