RETURN POLICY & HYGIENE STANDARDS
Due to the nature of our products and international health & safety regulations, please note the following:
- Cosmetics: For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the original factory seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
- Eligibility: We only accept return requests within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and pristine condition.
- Electronics: Items shipped from our local Bulgarian warehouse can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns for products that have been tested, used, or damaged by the customer after delivery.

How to Use
Dispense 1cm into your hand, add water or lukewarm water, and create a lather using a foaming net or similar. Gently wash without rubbing. Then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.
*Since this product contains charcoal, the cleanser or lather may not come off if it gets on your clothes or towels. Be sure to rinse the bathroom and sink thoroughly after use.
