RETURN POLICY & HYGIENE STANDARDS
Due to the nature of our products and international health & safety regulations, please note the following:
- Cosmetics: For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the original factory seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
- Eligibility: We only accept return requests within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and pristine condition.
- Electronics: Items shipped from our local Bulgarian warehouse can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns for products that have been tested, used, or damaged by the customer after delivery.

For those concerned about dryness, use it as a booster before lotion or as an additional item before emulsion, or as a replacement for emulsion for those with normal skin.
It can also be used for purposes other than massage.
This treatment oil is based on jojoba oil, which is similar to human sebum and easily absorbed into dry skin, and shiikuwasha seed oil, which has skin-beautifying properties.

How to Use
As a pre-sleep routine:
Toner ⇒ Serum ⇒ 1-3 drops of oil
If you feel the moisturizing effect is insufficient, add a gel or other product.
For those concerned about dry skin:
Face wash ⇒ 1-3 drops of oil ⇒ Toner
Using the oil first will soften and moisturize your skin.
For normal skin:
Lotion ⇒ 1-3 drops of oil
The key is to use it when there is still a little moisture left on your skin from the lotion. It acts as a substitute for emulsion.
When massaging:
Take an appropriate amount in your hand, spread it over your face, and massage as desired, then wipe off with a steamed towel if necessary.

*Jojoba seed oil may solidify at low temperatures. Move to a warm place, or warm and dissolve by immersing the storage container in lukewarm water or wrapping it in a warm towel before use.
