Due to the nature of our products and international health & safety regulations, please note the following:
- Cosmetics: For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the original factory seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
- Eligibility: We only accept return requests within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and pristine condition.
- Electronics: Items shipped from our local Bulgarian warehouse can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging.

How to Use
Before bedtime:
Lotion ⇒ Serum ⇒ 1-3 drops of oil
If you feel the oil isn’t moisturizing enough, add a gel or other product.
For those suffering from dry skin, use it as a booster:
Face wash ⇒ 1-3 drops of oil ⇒ lotion
Using the oil first will soften and moisturize your skin.
For normal skin, use it as a substitute for lotion:
Lotion ⇒ 1-3 drops of oil
The key is to use it when there is still a little moisture left on your skin from the lotion. It works as a substitute for lotion.
To massage:
Take an appropriate amount in your hand, spread it on your face, and massage as desired, then wipe off with a steamed towel if necessary.
Precautions for Use:
– Use with caution, making sure no abnormalities occur on your skin. Discontinue use if it does not suit your skin. If you have any concerns, please perform a patch test on the inside of your arm beforehand.
– Avoid high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight. Store out of reach of infants and young children.
