RETURN POLICY & HYGIENE STANDARDS
Due to the nature of our products and international health & safety regulations, please note the following:
- Cosmetics: For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the original factory seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
- Eligibility: We only accept return requests within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and pristine condition.
- Electronics: Items shipped from our local Bulgarian warehouse can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns for products that have been tested, used, or damaged by the customer after delivery.

How to Use
Generate lather and brush around problem areas, such as around the nose, to cleanse.
Apply an appropriate amount of lather to your hand and gently wash your entire face. Rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.
