RETURN POLICY & HYGIENE STANDARDS
Due to the nature of our products and international health & safety regulations, please note the following:
- Cosmetics: For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the original factory seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
- Eligibility: We only accept return requests within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and pristine condition.
- Electronics: Items shipped from our local Bulgarian warehouse can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns for products that have been tested, used, or damaged by the customer after delivery.

How to Use
Remove the mask from the bag and, being careful not to peel off the plastic wrap, gently unfold it. With the smooth, shiny side (the wrapped side) facing outward, align it over your eyes and mouth, and fit it to your entire face. When unfolding the mask, do not pull too hard, as this may tear the film or cause the wrapping to peel off. Please be careful not to drip.
For intensive eye care, fold the area around the eyes downwards to ensure a firm seal.
For effective eyelid care, fold the mask over your eyelids without folding it. Leave the mask on for about 10 minutes, then remove it and massage any remaining serum into your entire face. After using the mask, tone your skin with your usual skincare routine, such as lotion or cream.
*Please do not use the mask for long periods of time or leave it on while wearing it.
