We offer high-quality smart appliances and electronics that are shipped directly from our warehouse in Bulgaria. Our logistics network guarantees speed and safety, as well as no hidden customs fees or taxes — you only pay the price that you see when filling out the order.Important information about availability: Due to the high demand for certain models of smart equipment, it is possible that some items will be temporarily exhausted or their prices will change.

Deliveries in Bulgaria (Ekont and Speedy):- Standard Shipping: The price is calculated automatically in the shopping cart based on weight and size (eg. lower fees for smartphones and a standard rate for large-sized TVs).
- Express processing services: Fast delivery within 1-3 business days to your preferred office courier or personal address.
- International departures: Carried out through a trusted partner network with fast ground transportation. The price is calculated when filling out the order.

RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY
In order to guarantee the highest quality for all our customers, we apply the following standards when returning electronic devices:- Right of return: We accept refund requests within the judicial deadline 14 days after receiving the parcel.
- Product status: The device must be returned to original, unpacked and immaculate appearance. In order to be satisfied with returns, the factory seals and protective films on the packaging must not be broken.
- Exceptions: Do not recover amounts on products that were included, used, checked or damaged by the customer after delivery.
- Procedure: All returned items are subject to a technical inspection before a cashless refund or payment to the buyer's bank card is approved.
