RETURN POLICY & HYGIENE STANDARDS
Due to the nature of our products and international health & safety regulations, please note the following:
- Cosmetics: For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the original factory seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
- Eligibility: We only accept return requests within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and pristine condition.
- Electronics: Items shipped from our local Bulgarian warehouse can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns for products that have been tested, used, or damaged by the customer after delivery.

How to Use
【How to Use】
Apply a thick layer of product (approximately the size of two muscat grapes) to your entire face, avoiding the areas around your eyes and mouth. Leave on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with cold or lukewarm water. Use once or twice a week depending on your skin condition.
*Please avoid using on areas with thin skin such as around the eyes and mouth.
