RETURN POLICY & HYGIENE STANDARDS
Due to the nature of our products and international health & safety regulations, please note the following:
- Cosmetics: For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the original factory seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
- Eligibility: We only accept return requests within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and pristine condition.
- Electronics: Items shipped from our local Bulgarian warehouse can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns for products that have been tested, used, or damaged by the customer after delivery.

How to Use
After towel-drying, dispense 1-2 pumps of oil into your hands and spread evenly across both hands.
Apply hair oil from about halfway down to the ends of your hair, then dry it with a hair dryer. You can also use it after styling your hair with a hair iron.
