  • No Hidden Duties: In most cases, our customers do not pay additional customs duties or taxes upon delivery.
  • Proactive Notification: In the event of unforeseen customs complications or potential extra costs, our company will immediately notify the customer to discuss the next steps.

3. Shipping & Logistics

Please note: Standard delivery via Speedy or Econt is available only for Electronics inside Bulgaria
  • Service Areas: We facilitate delivery from EU countries directly to Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece.
  • Variable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are not fixed. The final price for delivery will be calculated individually for each customer based on the destination and package details.
  • Products from Asia: For items sourced from Japan or other Asian countries, shipping costs will also be calculated separately to ensure the best logistics route.

4. Shipping Liability

While we ensure all orders are dispatched correctly, as an intermediary, we are not responsible for the condition of the package after it has undergone customs inspection or during handling by local postal services in the destination country.

5. Return Policy (10-Day Rule)

  • Timeframe: You may request a return only within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened.

6. Refund Methods & Fees

  • Direct Bank Transfer: 100% full refund of the product price.
  • Card Payments: Refund of the product cost minus third-party processing fees (payment system commissions are non-refundable).
